Free white-glove migration

Switching software shouldn’t cost you a single member.

Coming from Mindbody, Zen Planner, Kicksite, PushPress, Wodify — or a spreadsheet? We move your members, plans and belt ranks for you, free, usually within a week.

1

Export your members

Download the member CSV from your current software (we tell you exactly where to click). That is all we need from you.

2

We map and import

Our team maps your members, plans, belts and stripes into Garrison365 and runs a dry-run review before anything is written.

3

You verify together with us

We walk the roster with you — counts, spot-checks, belt distribution — and only then invite your members.

4

Members join the portal

Members get a branded invite, set their own payment method securely, and check in on day one.

What we migrate

  • ✓ Members — names, contacts, enrollment and birth dates
  • ✓ Plan assignments — mapped to your new pricing
  • ✓ Belt ranks — current belt, stripes, and time at belt

Good to know

  • • Card data is never transferred between processors (PCI) — members re-enter it in 30 seconds via the portal
  • • Old waivers stay in your archive — fresh waivers are signed at first check-in

No contracts. If we can read it, we can migrate it.
