What academy software really costs

Garrison365, BJJ Link and Kicksite, side by side
Every figure below comes from each vendor’s own public pages, checked on October 16, 2026, with the links at the bottom. Prices change — if a number here no longer matches the source, the source wins, and we want to hear about it. “Not documented” means the vendor’s public pages don’t say — ask for it in their demo.

How to read it
- BJJ Link’s 1% fee reaches $100 at $10,000 a month processed — from there, its Coral plan is the cheaper one. An academy above $20,000 a month that stays on Black pays more than Garrison365’s flat price.
- Against an owner who moves to Coral, Garrison365 costs $100 a month more in subscription. The next section is what that difference buys.
- Kicksite at 101+ students is $199 plus a website it quotes separately. Managed academy websites commonly run $100–300 a month — a market estimate, not a Kicksite quote — so at that size Garrison365 can come out the same or lower.
- Kicksite’s price steps up as the academy grows; BJJ Link’s Black plan grows with revenue. Garrison365 stays $249 at any number of students and any revenue.
