Email hello@garrison365.com. Tell us the name of your academy and the email address on your account, and what happened. For privacy requests, write to privacy@garrison365.com.

Your academy runs your membership: plans, prices, class times, bookings, refunds and freezes. The quickest answer comes from them. In the app, open Account and tap Help & support to call or email your academy, or send them a message from the app.

• Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the email we send you.
• Use the same email address your academy has on file. If you train at more than one academy, sign in once and switch between them in Account.

Choose which reminders and messages you get in Account → Notification preferences. To stop all of them, turn off notifications for Garrison365 in your phone’s settings.

• To add one class, open it after booking and tap Calendar.
• To keep every booked class in your calendar, open Account → Sync my classes to my calendar and subscribe. New bookings appear and cancelled ones disappear on their own. The app never asks for access to your calendar.
• To stop syncing, remove the subscribed calendar in your calendar app (on iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Subscribed Calendars). If someone else has your link, choose Other calendars → Reset link in the app.

On any community post, tap the flag icon and choose Report to send it to your academy’s staff, or Block this member to hide their posts and comments from you right away. You can also email us at hello@garrison365.com. See our Terms of Service for what is not allowed.
