Delete your Garrison365 account

Open the Garrison365 app, go to Account, tap Delete account and confirm. Your login is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Email privacy@garrison365.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and the name of your academy. We confirm the request came from the account holder and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner.

• Your Garrison365 login: email address, phone number and password.
• Your sign-in methods and active sessions, on every device.
• The app’s push notification registrations for your devices.
• The link between your login and your membership at each academy.

Activity you recorded with Apple Health stays in Apple Health on your phone — it never left your device, and you manage it in the Health app.

Your academy owns your membership record (see our Privacy Policy). When you delete your account we notify every academy you belong to. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a membership or a recurring payment, so the academy will reach out to confirm whether you are also leaving.

If you are, the academy deletes or anonymizes your member record within 30 days of your request — except records it must keep by law, such as payment history and signed waivers, which are kept only for as long as the law requires (for financial records, generally up to seven years). If you keep training there, it keeps what it needs to run your membership.

A login used to run an academy is closed by the academy owner, or by us on request at privacy@garrison365.com.
